Erin Freeman is a Wellesley College graduate and a student of ethnic and gender studies in immigrant populations. She is currently working in an immigration law firm in Boston, MA where she has done research on current immigration policy in the US. She is also a medical advocate and supervisor at the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center. Her interest in immigration, gender issues, and Latin American studies derives from her Costa Rican roots and the strong female role models in her family.

This has got to change if the next generation of Latinos is to be successful. HealthyMente.com opens up the conversation.”
